Description du poste
Pour renforcer son pôle défense naval, la Direction des compétences du groupe ALTEN recrute un ingénieur spécialisé en CAO/tuyauterie, sous la responsabilité du chef de projets.
En tant qu'Ingénieur Concepteur CAO spécialisé en tuyauterie, vous serez en charge de la réalisation de maquettes numériques et de la conception technique dans le cadre de projets industriels complexes. Vous interviendrez en interface avec les autres spécialités pour garantir la cohérence technique et fonctionnelle des systèmes.
Missions principales
- Conception & Études techniques
- Maîtrise de la CAO/DAO pour la réalisation de maquettes numériques
- Connaissances en dimensionnement de structures
- Notions de dimensionnement de procédés fluides
- Capacité à réaliser des schémas électriques, fluidiques et mécaniques
- Aptitude à spécifier un système (fonctionnelle, interfaces, logique d’essais, exigences)
- Industrialisation & Production
- Compréhension des processus d’industrialisation
- Méthodes & Outils
- Utilisation de systèmes PLM
- Gestion de projet & qualité
- Suivi des livrables et reporting
- Contrôle qualité documentaire, produit et process
- IVVQ
- Suivi et investigation de faits techniques
Qualifications
Formation / Expérience
Diplômé d’une école d’ingénieurs ou titulaire d’un Master (Bac+5) en conception mécanique, tuyauterie ou équivalent
Une première expérience en CAO tuyauterie et/ou en CAO dans le secteur naval
Compétences techniques
- Expertise en tuyauterie et raccords
- Connaissances en systèmes navals, mécanique générale, chaudronnerie et structures métalliques
- Notions en instrumentation et capteurs
- Expérience significative en CAO dans un environnement industriel
- Maîtrise des outils de modélisation 3D (type CATIA, SolidWorks, etc.)
Qualités personnelles
- Travail en interface avec les autres spécialités
- Justification des choix techniques
- Communication écrite et orale structurée
