Description du poste
Dans le cadre de projets d’industrialisation de nouveaux produits et de montée en cadence, notre client – acteur reconnu du secteur industriel – recherche un Chargé d’Affaires orienté Automatisme & Moyens Industriels pour piloter la mise en place de nouveaux équipements de production.
Vos missions principales
Analyse des besoins & cadrage technique
- Recueillir les besoins auprès des Méthodes, de la Production et de la Qualité
- Définir les spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques
- Rédiger les cahiers des charges pour des équipements incluant (machines spéciales / systèmes automatisés/ robots industrie/ outillages spécifiques)
Pilotage projets & gestion des fournisseurs
- Lancer et suivre les appels d’offres
- Analyser les offres techniques et négocier les solutions
- Suivre les études, la fabrication, le montage et l’intégration des moyens industriels
Installation, mise au point & validation
- Coordonner l'installation et la mise au point des équipements automatisés
- Superviser les essais, FAT/SAT, validations techniques et industrielles
- Accompagner le démarrage en production série
Suivi projet & amélioration continue
- Piloter budgets, plannings et reporting
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des lignes de production
- Proposer des solutions d’optimisation (robotisation, fiabilisation, ergonomie…)
Outils, Technologies & Compétences en Automatisme
Le profil recherché maîtrise idéalement les outils suivants :
Automates programmables (API / PLC)
- Siemens
- Schneider
- Rockwell / Allen-Bradley
Outils de gestion de projet
- MS Project, Planning automatisation
- Suivi fournisseurs / gestion documentaire
- AMDEC, analyses fonctionnelles, GANTT
Qualifications
Profil recherché
- Formation Ingénieur ou équivalent (automatisme, génie industriel, mécanique, production…)
- Expérience confirmée en industrialisation et intégration d’équipements automatisés
- Connaissance solide en automatisme, robotique, machines spéciales
- Rigueur, autonomie, sens du relationnel et goût du terrain
