Design and build scalable and reliable systems and infrastructure. Support Service Reliability Engineers in analysis and resolution of issues&nbsp;impacting&nbsp;services in production. Develop software engineering solutions including studying information needs, conferring&nbsp;with&nbsp;users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes, investigating problem areas, and following the software development life cycle.&nbsp;Determine&nbsp;operational feasibility, including analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions. Demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code&nbsp;comments&nbsp;and clear code.
