This role is critical to keeping project activities organized, documented, and on track, while ensuring leadership has timely and accurate project updates.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Support the Project Director and Project Manager in day-to-day project coordination activities</p> <p>Facilitate clear and effective communication among a 25+ person project team</p> <p>Schedule, organize, and coordinate required project meetings</p> <p>Prepare meeting agendas, capture meeting notes, and distribute action items</p> <p>Track assignments, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure accountability</p> <p>Maintain and update project documentation, plans, and records</p> <p>Prepare project status updates, reports, and materials for executive reviews</p> <p>Assist with identifying risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as appropriate</p> <p>Ensure project information is accurate, current, and accessible to stakeholders</p> <p>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</p> <p>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required)</p> <p>Strong organizational and time-management skills</p> <p>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities</p> <p>Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously</p> <p>High attention to detail and follow-through</p> <p>Proficiency with project coordination tools (e.g., calendars, document management, spreadsheets, collaboration platforms)</p> <p>Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and large teams</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Previous experience in a project coordination or project support role</p> <p>Familiarity with project management methodologies or frameworks</p> <p>Experience supporting executive-level reporting or reviews</p> <p>Working Style</p> <p>Proactive, reliable, and highly organized</p> <p>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment</p> <p>Collaborative and service-oriented mindset</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Salary Range: $80,000</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:100,&quot;335559739&quot;:100,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience</span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:100,&quot;335559739&quot;:100,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>ALTEN Technology is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
