Job Overview

The PACE Participant Experience Coordinator role is responsible for providing supportive services to PACE Program participants. The Coordinator serves in a key liaison role in collaboration with PACE Center Leaders, working on the development of patient satisfaction, between PACE participants, their families, and caregivers for thorough and timely resolutions. Responsible for the My AltaMed portal, DHCS Alternative Format Selection Requests, and other patient satisfaction areas. The PACE Participant Experience Coordinator is an integrated member of the PACE Quality Team; thus, under the supervision of the Director of PACE Quality Improvement & Compliance, supports the PACE Quality Team in areas around patient satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a health-related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a health care setting that supports provider and/or patient engagement departments required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in process improvement and/or other quality improvement-related experience is preferred.

Compensation

$26.91 - $33.52 hourly
