ASSISTENTE DE FATURAMENTO
RESPONSABILIDADES E PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES
O profissional apoiará processos de emissão de notas fiscais de entrada e saída, bem como na geração de boletos bancários. Entre suas principais responsabilidades, estão o lançamento de pedidos no sistema, especialmente em períodos de maior demanda. Também será responsável por conferir os pedidos recebidos, garantindo a verificação de preços, valores de comissão, condições de pagamento e demais observações antes da liberação para faturamento. Além disso, prestará atendimento a clientes internos e externos, oferecendo suporte em demandas relacionadas à emissão, cancelamento ou devolução de notas fiscais.
REQUISITOS
- Ensino Superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas relacionadas;
- Pacote Office;
- Conhecimento em inglês será um diferencial;

What you'll do
- The professional will support the issuance of invoices and the generation of bank slips. Responsibilities include entering orders into the system and verifying received orders before billing.
