RESPONSABILIDADES E PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES
Conferir pagamentos efetuados por clientes através de boletos bancários, processar os retornos acessando as contas dos bancos conveniados. Verificar depósitos bancários, confirmar informações de crédito para outro setor. Emitir relatório de retorno da SERASA e também enviar relatórios para o órgão. Efetuar inclusão e exclusão de boletos em sistema. Atender clientes de forma online para esclarecimento de dúvidas relacionadas a pagamentos e cobranças.
REQUISITOS
- Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Ciências Contábeis ou Administração;
- Residir em Uberaba-MG
- Vivência com conciliação bancária e contas a receber;
- Conhecimento em Excel;

What you'll do
- The role involves verifying payments made by clients, processing bank returns, and confirming credit information. Additionally, the assistant will issue reports and assist clients with payment-related inquiries.
