RESPONSABILIDADES E PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES
Prestar suporte técnico aos clientes nos softwares Dairy Comp, MyDc, FeedComp e Parlor Boss, registrando atendimentos no CRM ou planilhas. Conduzir treinamentos online ou presenciais e acompanhar atualizações, testando versões para garantir funcionamento. Apresentar sistemas a novos clientes, emitir contratos e direcionar ao faturamento. Monitorar indicadores da VAS e reportar melhorias via ServiceDesk, acompanhando resolução dos chamados. Coletar e analisar dados para benchmarking e fortalecer programas de relacionamento comercial.
REQUISITOS
Ensino Superior em Zootecnia, Gestão do Agronegócio, Agronomia ou Medicina Veterinária;
Inglês intermediário;
Excel avançado;
Conhecimento em Power BI;
Conhecimento técnico em pecuária de leite;

What you'll do
- The role involves providing technical support to clients on specific software and conducting training sessions. Additionally, the analyst will monitor performance indicators and report improvements while collecting data for benchmarking.
