·         Supervising and planning maintenance work through out building

·         Checking Maintainx for quality of PM’s, work orders and work requests

·         Ensuring staff comply with established safety regulations and all ALS health and safety policies and procedures

·         Training new staff on preventative maintenance, safety and work procedures

·         Keep comprehensive parts inventory and order replacement parts as needed

·         Plan, schedule and assist any contracted work

·         Supervision and support for maintenance staff

·         Ensure all HSE requirements are met, Compliance Calendar, Permits, JSHA/RA, LOTO inspections

·         Daily supervisor logs along with daily weekly and monthly leadership standard logs

·         Attend all planned HSE, safety and maintenance meetings

·         Support to other sites as needed

·         On call for emergency scenarios

·         Assist Facility Managers and supervisors with maintenance work as required

·         Property maintenance including indoor and outdoor of building

·         Trained on all heavy equipment

·         Purchase and transport of building materials and maintenance supplies

·         Complete unsupervised building repairs such as painting, carpentry, basic plumbing, etc

·         Complete unsupervised mechanical work such as change belts, bearings, shafts and basic equipment repairs etc.

·         Complete unsupervised electrical repairs such as diagnosing components and circuits with multi-meter changing out contactors, solenoids, relays, motors etc

·         Acts as back-up manager in the maintenance manager’s absence;

·         Verify staff are using correct methods in accordance with the established procedures and schedules while ensuring quality of work;

·         Other duties as assigned.
