About the Role:
ALS Environmental have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist to join a close-knit and dedicated team in Enderley, Hamilton.
This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating logistics, managing inventory, and building strong relationships with suppliers and lab teams.
This role includes supplier relationship management, contract oversight, CRM and SRM systems, inventory control, and data analytics. The role ensures procurement efficiency, data integrity, and strategic supplier engagement, while supporting operational needs across labs and dispatch functions.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4.30pm.
The Essentials:
Proven experience in purchasing / procurement environment
Previous experience working in a production, manufacturing, warehousing or similar environment.
Strong ERP experience, with capability of reporting and data analysis, and cloud-based sourcing tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience in CRM/SRM and supplier performance management.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Current driver’s license.
Hold or able to obtain a forklift ticket/license.
Basic degree or a Certificate in supply chain /logistics / warehousing will be an advantage.
