<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We’re looking for a Manager, Customer Success to lead, develop, and inspire a team of client-facing product experts who help our customers get maximum value from AlphaSense.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">As a leader in our Customer Success organization, you’ll partner closely with Account Executives (pre-sales) and Account Managers (post-sales) to ensure our CSMs are delivering exceptional engagements - from high-impact demos that win new business to adoption campaigns that drive long-term success.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You’ll set strategy, coach for performance, and ensure we have the right coverage and resources in place to support our most important accounts across the financial services markets.</span></p>
<h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Who You Are</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">5+ years in a client-facing SaaS role (Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Product Specialist, or similar).</span><br><br></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">2+ years leading high-performing teams.</span><br><br></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Deep understanding of financial services workflows; expertise in investment banking, private equity, and hedge funds is a plus.</span><br><br></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Exceptional communicator with strong presentation skills and the ability to tailor narratives to senior stakeholders.</span><br><br></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Data-driven decision-maker who uses metrics and insights to prioritize and measure success.</span><br><br></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys building for scale.</span></li>

<h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></h3>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Lead & Develop a High-Impact Team:</strong> Manage a group of approximately 10 Customer Success Managers, ensuring they have the skills, tools, and confidence to excel in both pre- and post-sales engagements.</span><br><br></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Drive Client Value:</strong> Ensure CSM-led engagements from product demos to adoption campaigns are persona-specific, data-driven, and tied to measurable outcomes.</span><br><br></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Strategic Account Coverage:</strong> Partner with sales leadership to prioritize accounts, align team resources, and ensure we’re driving impact where it matters most.</span><br><br></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong> Build scalable playbooks, demo flows, and talk tracks for key personas, leveraging product usage data and GenAI adoption insights.</span><br><br></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Work with Enablement, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging, share customer feedback, and roll out new initiatives.</span><br><br></li>
