About this role
Overview
We’re looking for a Member of Technical Staff who sits at the intersection of product and engineering. As the first product-focused hire, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how developers discover, understand, and adopt the platform.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for a “wartime product manager” with strong technical instincts—someone who can build, write, demo, ship, and iterate without waiting on structure to appear.
Responsibilities
Drive developer adoption through hands-on product work and technical execution
Build demos, integrations, and example applications that showcase real-world use cases
Create and maintain high-quality documentation, guides, and onboarding flows
Produce technical content (blogs, videos, talks) for the developer community
Support partnerships and integrations with external tools and platforms
Engage directly with developers through events, social channels, and feedback loops
Identify friction in the product experience and fix it—by coding, writing, or redesigning
Operate autonomously and scale impact without relying on large teams or process
Qualifications
Strong technical background with experience building and shipping software
Product-minded engineer or technically fluent product leader
Comfortable wearing multiple hats in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical audiences
Experience working with or supporting developer communities is a strong plus
High ownership mindset with the ability to prioritize impact over perfection
Working Style
