Job Overview
We’re hiring a Residential Roofing Sales Representative to generate and close residential exterior projects, including roofing, siding, and windows. This is a commission-driven role focused on in-home consultations, estimating, and delivering an excellent homeowner experience.
What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners to assess roofing, siding, and window needs
Perform roof inspections and site evaluations
Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts for residential projects
Follow up on leads, referrals, and existing customers to close sales
Coordinate project handoff with production and operations teams
Maintain accurate sales notes, documentation, and customer communication
Requirements
Experience in residential roofing or exterior construction sales preferred
Strong in-home sales, communication, and closing skills
Comfortable performing roof inspections and working in the field
Ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Professional, customer-focused approach
