About this role
Job Overview
We’re hiring a Residential Interior Designer to lead the design of kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home renovation projects. This role focuses on creative design, client collaboration, and translating concepts into functional, build-ready plans.
What You’ll Do
Design kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home renovation projects from concept through execution
Meet with homeowners to understand goals, style preferences, and functional needs
Develop layouts, finish selections, and design presentations
Prepare drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction teams
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle
Support clients through selections, revisions, and design decisions
Requirements
Experience in residential interior design, remodeling, or renovation projects
Strong design sensibility with attention to detail and functionality
Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously
Proficiency with design and presentation software preferred
Professional, client-facing communication skills
