About this role
Job Overview
We’re hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children in a supportive, team-focused clinical environment. This role is centered on helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills while working closely with a collaborative care team.
What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children based on individualized treatment plans
Support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living
Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and clinical team members
Track session data and follow behavior intervention plans
Bring positive energy, creativity, and compassion to every session
Celebrate progress and milestones—big and small
Requirements
Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Experience working with children in an ABA or clinical setting preferred
Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
