Role Overview

We’re hiring an experienced Project Manager with ideally a recruitment background to own the client experience end-to-end. This role sits between clients and recruiters and is responsible for organization, communication, and execution. You will manage active roles, oversee candidate submissions, coordinate interviews, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

This is not a sales role and not a sourcing role. Your job is to run the process, manage the tracker, and keep both clients and recruiters aligned.

Core Responsibilities

Client Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, and follow-ups

• Keep clients informed on candidate progress and pipeline status

• Ensure a professional, organized, and responsive client experience

Candidate & Tracker Management

• Own and maintain the recruiting tracker with accurate, up-to-date statuses

• Review candidates sourced daily by recruiters and select the best fits for submission

• Submit qualified candidates to clients with clear summaries

• Track interviews, rejections, offers, and placements

Recruiter Coordination

• Work closely with recruiters to clarify role requirements and priorities

• Provide feedback to recruiters based on client responses

• Ensure recruiters are aligned with updated job details and expectations

Process & Organization

• Keep all roles moving forward without delays or confusion

• Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues

• Maintain clean documentation and consistent workflows

Required Experience & Skills

• Prior experience managing clients and candidate pipelines

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Comfortable managing multiple roles at once

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and follow-through

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Preferred (Not Required)

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting or recruitment management

• Experience managing recruiters or recruiting teams

• Familiarity with ATS systems, trackers, or recruitment CRMs

• Experience in agency or high-volume recruiting environments

• Clients feel informed, supported, and confident in the process

• Recruiters are clear on expectations and priorities

• The tracker is always accurate and up to date

• Interviews are scheduled smoothly and feedback is captured promptly

• Roles move efficiently from intake to placement
