About this role
Job Overview
We’re hiring a Project Architect to lead architectural projects from design development through construction administration. This role focuses on technical execution, coordination, and delivering efficient, code-compliant designs across a range of building types.
What You’ll Do
Lead architectural design and technical documentation for assigned projects
Prepare and coordinate construction documents and specifications
Manage project schedules, budgets, and consultant coordination
Serve as a technical resource throughout permitting and construction phases
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams
Requirements
Degree in Architecture
Experience as a Project Architect on commercial or institutional projects
Strong knowledge of building codes and construction methods
Proficiency with architectural design and documentation software
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Professional, client-facing communication skills
