Job Overview
We’re hiring a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy services focused on pain management, rehabilitation, and functional improvement. This role emphasizes personalized care, evidence-based treatment, and helping patients achieve long-term recovery.
What You’ll Do
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on physical therapy for orthopedic, post-surgical, and pain-related conditions
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients on exercises, movement strategies, and injury prevention
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
Requirements
Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in Massachusetts
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Experience in outpatient or orthopedic physical therapy preferred
Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative clinical environment
