About this role
Job Overview
We’re hiring an Ophthalmologist to provide comprehensive eye care services in a clinical setting. This role focuses on patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of eye conditions while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
What You’ll Do
Examine, diagnose, and treat ocular diseases and vision conditions
Perform comprehensive eye exams and develop treatment plans
Prescribe medications, corrective lenses, and therapeutic interventions
Collaborate with optometrists, technicians, and clinical staff
Educate patients on eye health, treatment options, and preventive care
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Requirements
MD or DO degree with completion of an ophthalmology residency
Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology
Eligible for medical licensure in West Virginia
Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
