About this role
Overview
We are building a modern outpatient medical clinic in Orlando focused on peptide therapies, hormone optimization, and evidence-based longevity care. This is not a traditional medical director role — this is a founding physician-partner opportunity.
The Medical Director will co-build the clinic’s clinical framework, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as the supervising physician while participating directly in the upside of the business through a 50/50 profit split.
This role is ideal for a physician who wants ownership, influence, and long-term equity, not just clinical shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Oversight
Serve as Medical Director and supervising physician in accordance with Florida regulations
Establish clinical protocols for peptide therapy, hormone optimization, and related treatments
Oversee patient safety, quality of care, and clinical documentation standards
Review and approve treatment plans where required
Regulatory & Compliance
Ensure compliance with Florida Board of Medicine, DEA, and applicable state/federal regulations
Guide prescribing practices and pharmacy relationships (503A/503B as applicable)
Participate in audits, policy creation, and clinical risk management
Clinic Build-Out & Strategy
Collaborate in designing the clinical model, services offered, and patient flow
Advise on scope expansion (IV therapy, weight optimization, regenerative services, etc.)
Provide clinical input on pricing, service mix, and scalability
Collaboration & Growth
Work closely with operations, marketing, and leadership to scale responsibly
Support provider hiring, training, and ongoing clinical education
Represent the clinic professionally in medical and business settings as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
MD or DO with an active, unrestricted Florida medical license
Eligible to serve as Medical Director in the state of Florida
Experience or strong interest in:
Peptide therapy
Hormone optimization / TRT
Longevity, functional, or regenerative medicine
Comfortable in a partnership / profit-split model
Entrepreneurial mindset — understands this is a build, not a turnkey job
Strong grasp of clinical compliance and physician oversight requirements
Professional, collaborative, and business-aware
