Job Overview
We’re hiring a Director of Sales to lead business development and revenue growth for a 24/7/365 same-day and expedited logistics operation. This role focuses on sales strategy, team leadership, and building high-value customer relationships across time-critical freight services.
What You’ll Do
Lead and execute sales strategy for same-day and expedited freight services
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team
Develop new business relationships with shippers requiring time-critical logistics
Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and performance metrics
Collaborate with operations to align service capabilities with customer needs
Drive key account growth and long-term customer retention
Requirements
Proven experience leading sales teams in logistics, transportation, or expedited freight
Strong understanding of same-day, courier, or time-critical shipping services
Demonstrated success in business development and revenue growth
