We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to manage and convert warm inbound leads generated through marketing, referrals, and prior outreach. This role is focused on speed-to-contact, qualification, and setting qualified meetings with decision-makers at small to mid-sized B2B companies.
This is not a cold-calling grind. The SDR will work with prospects who have already shown intent and need structured follow-up, clear value articulation, and professional qualification.
Responding quickly to warm inbound leads via phone, email, and SMS
Qualifying prospects based on budget, urgency, hiring needs, and decision-maker access
Booking qualified discovery calls for senior sales leadership
Following up consistently on no-shows, stalled conversations, and re-engaged leads
Maintaining accurate notes, statuses, and activity tracking in the CRM
Communicating prospect feedback and objections to improve messaging and conversion
Managing a high-volume pipeline with professionalism and urgency
2+ years of B2B sales experience (required)
Experience as an SDR, BDR, Inside Sales Rep, or similar role
Comfortable speaking with business owners, operators, and hiring managers
Strong phone presence with the ability to guide and control a conversation
Organized, responsive, and process-driven
Ability to follow scripts while adapting naturally to the prospect
Recruiting, staffing, or HR sales experience is a plus but not required
Fast response times to inbound leads
High show-up rate for booked meetings
Strong qualification accuracy (low disqualified-after-handoff rate)
Consistent daily activity and follow-through
Clear, professional communication internally and externally
CRM and lead management systems
Phone, SMS, and email outreach tools
Scheduling and calendar software
Warm leads only — no random cold lists
Clear expectations and structured process
Direct impact on revenue without full-cycle closing pressure
