About this role
Job Overview
We’re hiring Audio/Video Technicians to install and service residential and light commercial AV systems. This role focuses on hands-on installation, system setup, and delivering high-quality customer experiences across a variety of technology solutions.
What You’ll Do
Install and service audio/video systems including TVs, speakers, and home theater setups
Perform whole-home audio, video surveillance, WiFi networking, and automation installations
Mount TVs, install racks, run wiring, and terminate low-voltage cabling
Test, troubleshoot, and fine-tune systems to ensure proper operation
Communicate with customers regarding system use and basic maintenance
Requirements
Experience as an audio/video or low-voltage technician preferred
Knowledge of AV systems, networking, and low-voltage wiring
Ability to read basic system layouts and follow installation plans
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Professional, customer-facing communication skills
