Job Overview
We’re hiring an ABA Clinical Supervisor (BCaBA) to support the delivery and supervision of ABA services for pediatric clients. This role works closely under a BCBA and serves as a clinical bridge between Registered Behavior Technicians and supervising clinicians to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
What You’ll Do
Implement and monitor ABA treatment programs under BCBA supervision
Support data collection, analysis, and session planning
Train, mentor, and provide in-session modeling and feedback to RBTs
Assist with client intake assessments and baseline data collection
Prepare progress summaries, session notes, and treatment updates as approved
Collaborate with BCBAs on case reviews, parent training, and staff development
Maintain ongoing communication with caregivers and school/community partners
Complete additional clinical duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
Current BCaBA certification
Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA or behavioral health
Strong communication, coaching, and instructional skills
Proficiency with ABA data collection and reporting systems
Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations
