Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Account Assistant to support our account operations and client service activities. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient communication, organizing account-related tasks, and ensuring a smooth service experience for both internal teams and clients. Responsibilities
Assist with the day-to-day management of service accounts and client requests
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and account updates
Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments
Support scheduling, reporting, and administrative account tasks
Monitor service processes to ensure consistency and quality standards
