We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Account Manager to manage and expand client relationships while supporting business growth. This role is ideal for individuals who are strategic thinkers with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering value to clients. The Sales Account Manager will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and account satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Identify opportunities to grow accounts and support revenue objectives
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently
Prepare reports, proposals, and account updates as required
Monitor account performance and address concerns in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions
