Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Retail Marketing Specialist to support and enhance our retail marketing initiatives. This role plays a key part in executing marketing strategies that improve in-store visibility, customer engagement, and overall retail performance. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of retail marketing campaigns
Coordinate marketing materials for retail locations and partners
Analyze market trends and customer behavior to support strategy decisions
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports and insights
Ensure brand consistency across all retail touchpoints
