Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Product Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will support our sales objectives and contribute to the overall growth of our product lines through effective customer engagement and relationship management. As a Product Sales Assistant, you will serve as a key point of contact for our customers, helping to identify their needs and guiding them toward the best solutions we offer.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in daily operational tasks and sales activities.
• Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations.
• Prepare sales reports and presentations for team meetings.
• Manage product inventory, ensuring all items are properly stocked and displayed.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure promotional materials are up-to-date.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
