Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Promotions Assistant to support the planning, execution, and coordination of marketing initiatives and promotional activities. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a career in marketing, contribute creative ideas, and grow within a structured and professional environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to help strengthen brand visibility, support campaigns, and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns
Coordinate promotional materials and ensure brand consistency
Support campaign planning, scheduling, and performance tracking
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
Collaborate with internal departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives
Help prepare reports, presentations, and marketing documentation
Maintain organized records of campaigns, materials, and initiatives
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic understanding of marketing principles and promotional strategies
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
