Job Description
We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team in Miami, FL. This role is responsible for ensuring that all facilities, equipment, and building systems are maintained to the highest standards of safety, functionality, and appearance. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and general repairs across facilities
Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues and ensure proper operation
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal procedures
Coordinate with vendors and external service providers when necessary
Support preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
Qualifications
Strong technical and mechanical skills
