Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to support our client accounts and contribute to long-term business relationships. This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop their professional skills in account management, client communication, and business operations within a structured and supportive environment.
As a Junior Account Representative, you will work closely with senior team members to ensure client satisfaction, assist with account coordination, and help maintain high service standards across all interactions.
Responsibilities
Support the management of client accounts and day-to-day communications
Assist in maintaining accurate account records and documentation
Coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery of services to clients
Respond to client inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
Help identify opportunities to improve client experience and account performance
Contribute to reports, updates, and account-related follow-ups
