Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Promotions Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in dynamic environments, engaging directly with clients and attendees, and contributing to the success of live brand experiences.
The Event Promotions Assistant will work closely with the events team to ensure each activation runs smoothly and represents the brand with excellence.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and execution of promotional events and on-site activations
Support event setup, breakdown, and overall logistics coordination
Interact professionally with attendees, clients, and team members
Ensure brand standards and presentation guidelines are consistently followed
Assist with inventory, materials, and event supplies management
Provide on-site support to ensure events operate efficiently and on schedule
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work in different event settings
Willingness to learn and grow within the events and promotions field
Additional Information
Competitive salary ($47,000 – $50,000 per year)
