Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to kickstart their careers in communications, public relations, or marketing. In this role, you will support our communications department by assisting with various projects aimed at enhancing our brand awareness and audience engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and distribution of internal communications materials and updates.
- Support the creation and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms.
- Help maintain the organization’s website and ensure content is up-to-date.
- Draft press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials as needed.
- Conduct research to support communications strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor media coverage and compile reports for the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
