Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Associate to support and enhance internal and external communications across the organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring clear, consistent messaging and supporting day-to-day communication initiatives that align with company objectives. The ideal candidate is proactive, articulate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of internal and external communication materials
Draft, edit, and proofread professional correspondence, reports, and company documents
Coordinate communication efforts between departments to ensure consistency and clarity
Support management with communication planning and message alignment
Maintain organized records of communication materials and updates
Assist with company announcements, operational updates, and informational content
Ensure all communications reflect the company’s professional standards and values
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
Professional tone and judgment in all forms of communication
