Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and promotional events. This role plays a key part in ensuring all event activities run smoothly and align with company standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic events team.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events
Support event logistics, including scheduling, materials preparation, and venue coordination
Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and event partners to ensure seamless operations
Maintain accurate records, timelines, and event documentation
Provide on-site support during events to ensure professional execution
Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting
Qualifications
