As the first Sales Operations hire, you will support our growing customer acquisition and retention functions, and build critical infrastructure to drive the next stage of our hypergrowth.</p> <p><strong>Things You Get To Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build the sales operations practice from the ground up, covering technology, data, and processes.</li> <li>Design and execute on our CRM strategy (currently Hubspot).</li> <li>Create processes and onboarding documentation to support the growing customer teams.</li> <li>Work with various customer teams to meet acquisition and growth targets.</li> <li>Partner with marketing and data teams to ensure proper flow of data across platforms.</li> <li>Collaborate strategically with our head of revenue on team performance, go-to-market strategy, and customer trends.</li> <li>Build reports and dashboards to communicate and promote data-driven decision-making, including pipeline, forecasting, capacity planning, budgeting, performance management, data hygiene, and KPIs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are (Must-Haves):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Sales operations experience in high-growth SaaS environments.</li> <li>Expert-level knowledge of major CRM platforms. HubSpot experience is preferred.</li> <li>Experience integrating with other sales ops tools, including Outreach, Gong, Chorus, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo.</li> <li>Experience in B2B - SMB / Enterprise.
