<strong>Position Summary:</strong> <br><br> Cultivate accounts with existing customers to sell the broad portfolio of ALMO Premium product. Manage the accounts in assigned territory, maximizing and growing revenues. <br><br> <strong> What you will do in this role: </strong> <br><br> New Business Development <br> <ul> <li> Develop and prospect for new business relationships in assigned territory, specifically appliance and outdoor dealers. </li> </ul> <br> Account Management <br> <ul> <li> Develop and Maintain strong relationships with current dealer account base and grow existing business within assigned territory, providing superior dealer support. </li> <li> Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular customers to solicit orders, building strong rapport with customers, understand their objectives and develop long -term relationships. </li> <li> Provide superior dealer support, including product and sales training (in individual and group settings), providing consumer support as needed, understand and maintain industry comparative analysis and diligently provide follow-up. </li> </ul> <br> Industry/Customer Networking <br> <ul> <li> Network with trade partners (Designer, Builders, Architect and Specifiers) and industry resources (Install and Service) </li> </ul> <br> M81319<strong> What we look for in a candidate: </strong> <br> <ul> <li> Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience </li> <li> Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience </li> <li> Ability to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills </li> <li> Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint </li> <li> Self-motivated, able to work in manage your own business setting </li> <li> Proven track record of sales accomplishments in the related field </li> <li> Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills </li> <li> Able to manage long and short sales cycles </li> <li> Ability to multi-task and exceed customer expectations and responsiveness </li> <li> Sound analysis and critical decision making skills </li> </ul> <br> Almo is an Equal Opportunity Employer that recruits and hires qualified candidates without regard to race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, disability, or veteran status.
