Job Summary:
Alluvionic is seeking an experienced Project Manager to consult on Deltek Costpoint implementations for a variety of clients. The successful candidate will leverage interpersonal skills, risk management, and organizational change management to successfully lead ERP implementations.
Responsibilities and Duties:

- Produce the schedules of work that reflect and track the delivery of products.
- Monitor the technical, cost and schedule performance of the project.
- Lead resource planning and management efforts and resolve issues that impede the test effort.
- Coordinate with cross discipline team members to make sure all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are being met.
- Monitor testing activities to ensure design and functionality requirements are consistently achieved.
- Use cost and risk assessment tools and procedures to assess project health.
- Troubleshoot issues associated with complex systems or with development and design projects.
- Lead various project status, planning, and review meetings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- ERP Implementation experience with IBM Cognos, Deltek Costpoint, Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, or Unanet.
- PMP Certification.
- Bachelor’s degree required in technical or business management related field.
- Familiar with ADKAR Change Management Model.
- Emotional Intelligence.
- Ability to utilize Project Management disciplines to estimate, coordinate and deliver committed project deliverables.
- MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Project and Project Server.
