Job Description

Are you ready to take the next step in your project management career? We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to lead and deliver multiple low to medium-complexity projects that make a real impact across our organization.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery—planning, execution, and completion—while collaborating with cross-functional teams and benefiting from the mentorship of senior project leaders. You’ll manage initiatives with moderate levels of risk and complexity, helping to shape business outcomes and improve organizational efficiency.

As an Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives forward. You’ll be responsible for overseeing projects from planning through execution—ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, on scope, and in alignment with business goals. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead Project Planning & Implementation
    Develop and execute comprehensive project or program plans that align with business objectives and deliver real value.

  • Solve Complex Challenges
    Customize solutions to effectively navigate project issues and remove roadblocks to success.

  • Drive Business Impact
    Translate business goals into actionable plans that achieve meaningful, measurable results.

  • Ensure Project Success
    Manage project success factors—timelines, scope, budget, and stakeholder satisfaction—to ensure objectives are met.

  • Coordinate Across Teams
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clearly document, communicate, and align on project plans, requirements, and deliverables.

  • Execute with Excellence
    Lead project execution efforts, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and milestones are met.

  • Provide Team Leadership
    Guide and support project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle to meet business and technical requirements.

  • Identify & Mitigate Risks
    Engage the right stakeholders to identify potential risks early and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

  • Maintain Transparency
    Monitor project health and provide objective, consistent status updates to keep leadership and stakeholders informed.

Compensation

Base compensation offered for this role is $60,000 -$87,400 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
