We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Pediatric ENT to join the best hospital in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric ENT and must be innovative, passionate and dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.

As a Consultant Pediatric ENT, you will be responsible for examining, diagnosing, and treating various conditions of the ear, nose, and throat in children. Your expertise will help in providing specialized care for children with hearing loss, speech and language disorders, and other related conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of children with ear, nose, and throat disorders

• Diagnose and manage various conditions such as ear infections, tonsillitis, hearing loss, and speech disorders

• Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual patient needs

• Provide expert consultation to other medical professionals regarding pediatric ENT cases

• Perform surgical procedures when necessary

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

• Keep accurate medical records and documentation

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed physician with a specialization in Pediatrics and Otolaryngology (ENT)

• Western-trained education or experience required.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant Pediatric ENT in a reputable medical facility

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care in a pediatric setting

• Strong knowledge of current pediatric ENT practices and procedures

• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team

• Must be patient-centered and dedicated to providing compassionate care to children and their families.
