About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Consultant Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation to join our team in Al Ain. As a Consultant Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to individuals with physical disabilities or impairments. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and manage patients' progress towards optimum physical functionality and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat patients with various physical disabilities or impairments.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patients' medical history, symptoms, and goals.

• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation nurses, to ensure comprehensive care.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and follow-up assessments to monitor patients' progress.

• Educate patients and their families about the treatment methods and techniques used in their rehabilitation program.

• Keep accurate and up-to-date medical records and document all patient care activities.

• Stay current with developments in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation and participate in continuous medical education and training activities.

Requirements:

• Medical Degree from an accredited medical school.

• Board certification or equivalent in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.

• Minimum 7 years of clinical experience in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.

• Experience in managing patients with a wide range of physical disabilities or impairments.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

• Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting.

• Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
