Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Consultant Pediatric Critical Care Medicine to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for pediatric medicine, with a special interest in critical care. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based medical care to critically ill pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent and compassionate medical care to critically ill pediatric patients

• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans

• Perform diagnostic procedures and interpret test results

• Monitor and manage critically ill patients in the pediatric intensive care unit (PICU)

• Develop and implement protocols, policies, and procedures for the PICU

• Collaborate with other consultants and medical staff to provide comprehensive patient care

• Participate in the teaching and training of medical students, residents, and nursing staff

• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in pediatric critical care medicine

• Participate in quality improvement programs to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution

• Completion of residency training program in Pediatrics and Fellowship in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Dedication to providing high-quality patient care

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Must have received Western education or training.
