Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a dynamic and dedicated consultant for kidney transplant to join our client's team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to patients in need of kidney transplants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform kidney transplant surgeries and manage the pre- and post-operative care of patients

• Conduct thorough medical evaluations and determine eligibility for kidney transplantation

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nephrologists, anesthesiologists, and nurses, to ensure successful transplant outcomes

• Participate in transplant committee meetings and provide input on allocation and management, and follow-up of transplant patients

• Keep updated with the latest advancements and techniques in kidney transplantation

• Provide guidance and support to other healthcare staff on transplant management and care

• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers

Requirements:

• Medical degree from a recognized institution

• Board certification in transplant surgery or equivalent

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a transplant surgeon

• Strong understanding of organ allocation policies and procedures

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team

• Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
