🎯 Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant General Surgeon specializing in Breast Surgery to join a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide expert surgical care for breast-related conditions, including cancer treatment, reconstructive procedures, and minimally invasive techniques. Arabic fluency is essential for patient communication and cultural alignment.
🧠Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and treat breast-related conditions, including benign and malignant tumors
• Perform advanced surgical procedures such as mastectomy, lumpectomy, and breast reconstruction
• Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, and other specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring optimal patient recovery
• Utilize minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgical techniques where applicable
• Educate patients on treatment options, recovery expectations, and preventive care
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in breast surgery and oncology.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
📋 Qualifications & Experience
• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in General Surgery with specialization in Breast Surgery
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in breast surgery
• Expertise in both oncologic and reconstructive breast procedures
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
• Western medical training preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
