As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols and engage with visitors and staff, delivering exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and surrounding areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and report any irregularities or security-related incidents according to established protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior and support client operations within the technology, media, and telecom location.
• Document and communicate security-related activities and incidents to Allied Universal management and client representatives as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
