As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aero and defense location, you will help monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and provide strong customer service while supporting access protocols. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Control access by monitoring entry and exit points, checking identification and/or badges as required, and directing visitors and deliveries according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, suspicious behavior, and policy violations through the proper channels.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation, and communicate observations and/or concerns to Allied Universal site leadership and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
