THIS POSITION REPORTS TO: Product Manager
Summary Of Role
This role supports the Product Management team by coordinating product launches, revisions, and market-driven initiatives, while maintaining accurate product data and delivering essential market insights. It also leads defined change-management projects, compiles competitive and performance analyses, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve overall product positioning and execution.
Core Responsibilities
Assist Product Management team with coordination and execution of product launches, revisions, and offerings.
Support Product Management team in their efforts to improve product standing within the market.
Present Product Management team with requested market information.
Additional Tasks
(Included but not limited to the following…)
Leading projects clearly defined by Product Managers.
Ensure accuracy of Product Attribute and ERP data.
Compiling competitive market studies.
Summarize tooling performance results and key trends.
Special pricing project reviews.

Background Knowledge and Experience
Required
2-year degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred
4-year degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
Exposure to ERP environment (Infor XA).
Expected Hours of Work and Travel
This is a full-time position that supports 24/7 operations. A flexible schedule is required with off-hours accessibility from time to time on an as needed basis.
Location: Corporate office.
Travel requirements: Special projects only with limited travel.
