İş Tanımı:

•Eşleştirilmiş olduğun Özel Bankacılık Şubeleri ile koordinasyon içerisinde; Bireysel Emeklilik, Sağlık ve Elementer branş hedeflerini gerçekleştirmek üzere gerekli planlamaları yapmanı, uygulamanı ve performans takibini sağlamanı,

•Makroekonomik ve sektörel gelişmeleri düzenli olarak takip ederek iş stratejilerine yansıtmanı,

•Şirket tarafından belirlenen çeyreklik kampanya programlarını ilgili şubelerde etkin şekilde sunmanı, uygulanmasını sağlamanı ve sonuçlarını raporlamanı,

•Mevcut müşteri portföyü üzerinde; Bireysel Emeklilik, Sağlık ve Elementer branş ürünleri kapsamında çapraz satış ve penetrasyon faaliyetleri gerçekleştirmeni,

•Sağlık poliçelerinin düzenlenmesi, hasar dosyalarının takibi ve sistemsel girişlerinin doğru ve zamanında yapılmasını sağlamanı,

•Özel Müşteri Danışmanlığı Hizmeti çerçevesinde; yılda en az iki kez müşteri temasında bulunmanı, satış sonrası ihtiyaçlarını karşılamanı, fon ve varlık takibi yapmanı ve müşteri memnuniyetini sürdürülebilir kılmanı,

•Şube personelinin branşlara ilişkin teknik bilgi ve satış becerilerini geliştirmek amacıyla eğitim desteği sağlamanı bekliyoruz.
