Responsible for insurance policy, including issues and distributions to the customers, to ensure accuracy and on time delivery.
Your Day at Allianz Ayudhya
- Support Quote for Non-Motor standard based on authorization within SLA
- Issue insurance policy and Endorsement including calculation premium.
- Follow up pending and close case within SLA
- Verify and distribute policy to clients or partners to ensure completeness of information and on time delivery
- Coordinate within the team and related departments to get work done smoothly and effectively
- Acquire and improve own knowledge and skills from both internal and external sources to ensure your own work’s quality and continuous improvement
Must Have
- Degree in any related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in underwriting in Non-Motor Insurance
- Experience in general insurance (marine) knowledge
- Risk management and assessment skills
Nice to Have
- Details and results oriented
- Good communication in English
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and insurance system
- Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot365, will be advantage
