As a Solution Architect at Allianz Technology, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and innovative IT solutions that align with Allianz's business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your role will involve ensuring the integration of various systems and technologies, optimizing performance, and maintaining security standards. You will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects.
What you do
- Design and develop comprehensive IT solutions that meet business needs and align with Allianz's strategic goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project objectives.
- Create architectural designs and documentation, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Lead the integration of various systems and technologies, ensuring seamless interoperability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance solution capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in architecture and design.
- Participate in the development of IT strategies and roadmaps to support business growth.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in IT architecture and design.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong with DevOps practices and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
- Experience on mobile application development with technologies such as Flutter is a plus.
